I am so excited to share my work with you.  

My style has evolved quite a bit over the last couple of years.  The first children's book I illustrated has been done almost a decade ago and ever since then I have changed and reinvented my style a lot.  It is a constant flow and grow. Thank goodness.  I have been busy with a couple of projects, but the biggest constant has been my own children's book.  My labour of love. I hope to be done soon.

It was something that started out as a children's book and has now morphed into a graphic novel.  I never intended it to be so intricate.  It is a time-consuming process, one that has been teaching me more about endurance than what I would like to admit.

   

We so often doubt ourselves, and then we give up on our dreams.  I have promised myself to not give up.  

I am the co-host and content creator for my YouTube channel Koppel-Teken-Kuns.   With our channel we hope to inspire other creatives to also be diligent in their own journey of keep-on-keeping-on with their own process of letting creative juices flow.  Along with childhood best friend and adopted sister we interview South African artists from all genre's and hope to bring some sense of community amongst South African artists.
